We are currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Vendor Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for managing relationships with our network of vendors, negotiating contracts, and ensuring that vendor services align with our clients’ needs and expectations. Responsibilities

    • Develop and maintain relationships with a diverse range of vendors, including caterers, florists, rental companies, entertainers, and other event-related suppliers.
    • Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with vendors, ensuring that terms are favorable and align with our clients’ budgets and requirements.
    • Collaborate with internal teams, including event planners, coordinators, and sales staff, to understand client needs and preferences, and coordinate vendor services accordingly.
    • Conduct vendor assessments and evaluations to assess performance, reliability, and quality of services, and identify opportunities for improvement or optimization.
    • Manage vendor communication and coordination throughout the event planning process, providing clear instructions, timelines, and support to ensure smooth execution of services.
    • Resolve vendor issues and disputes in a timely and professional manner, acting as a liaison between vendors and clients to address concerns and find mutually beneficial solutions.
    • Monitor vendor compliance with contractual agreements, including delivery timelines, quality standards, and service levels, and take corrective action as needed to ensure adherence.
    • Evaluate vendor performance and satisfaction following events, gathering feedback from clients and internal stakeholders to inform vendor selection and future partnerships.
